This is to inform you of the traffic accident that occurred on 16:30 15/06/2022 in Turkey. Third-party liability of the vehicle’s owner, which has caused an accident, was insured by your Company.

I am kindly asking you to inform me of further necessary steps to claim the recovery of loss. My vehicle remains unrepaired and it is currently located in Ukraine. By mutual agreement with the driver of the insured vehicle, we had filed the accident statement to keep the accident record.
